Marta Ferreira is a business transformation and management expert, leadership speaker, author of the ALEANBOOK business book series. Master in Operational Management and Specialist in Organizational Management using the Lean / improvement methodology continuous, obtained through Yazaki, in the Japan. Marta has more than 18 years of experience leading operations, process improvement and providing advisory expertise to teams locally, nationally, and internationally.

Marta runs her own management consulting practice deploying programs similar to that described in Lean Culture. Her clients represent a wide range of industries, including health care, finance and manufacturing and recently start ups. She has worked in this area for her entire career, as a manager, consultant, educator and business owner.

More recently, Marta draws on my knowledge and global network also to lead Spread, an NGO that assists corporations mitigating social issues in their efforts to play a more sustainable and impactful role.
